The tibdex/github-app-token action has been archived and is no longer maintained. This PR migrates all GitHub workflows to use the official actions/create-github-app-token@v2 action instead.

Changes Made

Updated 3 workflow files to replace the archived action:

• .github/workflows/addToDocsProject.yml
• .github/workflows/labeler.yml
• .github/workflows/addToAPMProject.yml

Migration Details

The following parameter mappings were applied to maintain compatibility:

• app_id → app-id
• private_key → private-key
• Permissions JSON object converted to individual permission parameters:
  • "organization_projects": "write" → permission-organization-projects: write
  • "issues": "read" → permission-issues: read
  • "members": "read" → permission-members: read
